Fit is a “boutique” staffing and employment firm. Being a boutique firm gives us the flexibility to work with each client to create a mutually beneficial arrangement tailored to individual needs. Fit’s fee structure is negotiable. Fit processes payroll for contract employees and will work with each company individually to find the easiest solution. We personally meet every candidate before introducing them to our clients in order to make sure they are the right Fit. We also will conduct reference checks, background checks,skills testing, personality assessments and will drug test candidates upon request.
