Fit is looking for a detail-oriented AR Clerk for a local transportation company. This candidate will be processing all accounting aspects of loads delivered by drivers. Pay is in the $15-16/hr. range depending on experience plus benefits.
Responsibilities
Verify invoices.
Ensure invoices are legible and correct ticket/s are received.
Research any delivery issues in the system to properly complete the steps above.
Correct invoices when necessary.
Scanning any changed invoices and indexing it to the correct order.
Work with Driver Managers to resolve any other delivery issues (missing envelopes and/or tickets, etc.) .
Document all processed loads and issues on daily spreadsheet.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with quick responsive attitude.
Knowledge in Word and Excel.
McLeod Software experience is preferred.
Works methodically and is highly organized and detail-oriented.
Manages time efficiently and understands a sense of urgency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
