Fit is seeking an Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join a reputable nonprofit in Mobile, AL. This position pays a salary in the $45K – $65K depending on experience with benefits.
This position reports directly to the President and CEO and is responsible for coordinating administrative functions and ensuring office information flow by updating and monitoring delegated tasks.
Essential Functions:
Assist in developing the annual organization, department goals, and preparing department budget to meet the organization’s objectives
Organize, coordinate, and execute the department’s program activities, including the Board of Directors meetings
Maintain an organized filing system of corporate files
Work closely and effectively with the President to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
Manage department’s personnel and operations to assure that stated goals and objectives are met
Act as the contact point between the President and employees, members, and partners
Prioritize conflicting needs with deadline pressures
Prepare expense reports and other documentation tracking expenditures of the department’s budget
Support the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization and its program of work
